Read an interesting post by Dave Stacey on classroom displays, which led me to this Flickr group showing images of classroom displays, some great practice on show. This also lead me to the classroom display blog by Linda Hartley.

Calm Classroom Monitor

A brilliant idea from James Barrett, via the Kent Teachers blog. Can’t wait to get a microphone and try this out.

Have you seen these in Humanities? I remember when as an NQT I was given one and thought they were cutting-edge. Now with a projector in every room, they are defunct. Or are they?

Where do these go now?

TAL Newsletter Summer Term Part.2

logo I’m happy to announce that our Teaching and Learning Newsletter is now complete and published. It is somewhat a monster at 72 pages, but I hope that both College and online colleagues find something useful. Thank you to all those that have contributed.

As always, feedback is welcome.

Sorry about the lack of posts, but I intend to post more frequently about our practice over the coming months.

Finally, have a restful and safe holiday.
